You guys, recently Sam’s Club asked me to visit their store and put together a New Mom Survival Kit.  And . . . . then I bought ALL.THE.THINGS.  Seriously, our cart was overflowing with snacks, fruit, shoes, books, magazines, and other grocery goodies, including the ingredients for these No Bake Energy Bites!  They have so much there that is perfect us and for new parents.  Baby lotion, shampoo, refills for diaper geine’s, puffs, diapers.

Did you know that you can create a shopping list online and once you submit it you will get an email or text message when your order is ready for pick up?  Ummmm . . . that might be the most genius thing I’ve ever heard of.  Especially for new moms.  There is nothing that I hated more than lugging my babies (along with all my other kids) in and out of stores in the middle of the winter.

So, confession: big stores scare me a little. I’m really bad at finding allthethings. But I gotta admit, there’s nothing like buying in bulk when you’re talking diapers or formula or anything “baby.” And I do love the GIANT tubs of snacky foods.
These energy bites are very much needed in my life, thankyouverymuch. I’m usually so TIRED. They look great!

This recipe has quickly become a family favorite. I just made a double batch today.

I chose to add dried cranberries as well for a little extra something.
