Sooooooo . . . . Do you guys remember the other day when I told you about the shower I was throwing for my brother and sister in law . . . . and I told you I was going to give you TONS of printables in a fun upcoming post?
Yeah. So. I lied.
I totally forgot how hard it is to throw a party in your house with three kids. And then I REALLY forgot how hard it is to do all of that and take pictures of all of it. So in theory, I have all these things that could be printables for you for a party, but I have no pictures of them in action, lol!
But! Instead I have this amazing Balsamic Dressing Recipe for you, and honestly, the vast majority of you should appreciate that a whole more than a post on an ABC themed baby shower. Don’t you think? I threw this together literally minutes before the baby shower was starting and it is super delicious. I got the recipe from Epicurious. Though I thought it needed a little something, so I added a teaspoon of sugar and I used Honey Mustard instead of regular. It was delicious!
Then I threw together a salad with some mixed greens, red onion, reduced feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, kalamata olives, and cucumbers. Yummy! This is the perfect side for all of your grilling recipes this summer!
