  • Top with all kinds of cheese! I love a sharp cheddar but you could use pepper jack, Colby jack, Swiss or even crumbled Blue Cheese.
  • Add bacon (either wrapped around the hot dog or crumbled on top) for extra meat flavor.
  • I use regular white hot dog buns, but you could us
  • e whole wheat, bagel buns, sesame, whatever you or your guests like.

  2. Elizabeth Noonkester says

How can I keep leftovers can I freeze live alone and really want to make now lol

    • Lisa Longley says

I would suggest making a half pan, and then storing leftovers covered for up to four days. Pull out individual dogs, wrap them in foil, and then pop them in the oven for about 20 minutes when you want to warm them up.

  3. Cindy says

Do you use sweet or dill pickled relish?

    • Lisa Longley says

      Dill!
