You guuuuuuuuuuuuuys! Summer is almost over! Can you believe it? I really can’t. I feel like it went by in a blink! I mean we are already talking back to school and looking over our summer bucket list to make sure the must do’s are at the top.
Definitely up at the top is more grilling! For one, it is so easy. For another, it is delicious. And finally, it screams summer! I think we are going to have to keep grilling until the snow flies . . . so here in Wisconsin that will take us to about the end of September. Just kidding. Sort of ;)

Buffalo Ranch Dipping Sauce + Ball Park Park’s Finest
Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream I used light
- 1 1/2 TBSP ranch dip mix
- 2 TBSPs buffalo sauce
- 2 TBSPs skim milk
- 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles for topping
Instructions
- Whisk together the sour cream, ranch dip mix, buffalo sauce, and skim milk. Let chill for at least two hours.
- Top with blue cheese crumbles before serving.
