This Strawberries and Cream Pull Apart Bread is easy enough to put together but makes a gorgeous and delicious looking brunch treat!

On a white plate, the Strawberries and Cream Pull Apart Bread has a beautiful golden brown crust, and some white cream is being drizzled on top of it.

I’ve been wanting to make a pull apart bread for ages, and today is the day.

Easy Strawberries and Cream Pull Apart Bread

Guys, you know a recipe is easy when it came together about 10 minutes after I had the idea to make it. This is a little putzy to put together, but seriously, nothing that a 9 year old can’t handle while you are drinking your pre brunch mimosa #justsayn’

A stack of biscuit dough has sliced strawberries in-between the dough and some sugar

I know I don’t normally share process shots with you guys, but I wanted to give you a sense of what the putting together looks like because I feel like it is going to be tricky to explain.

We are rolling out our biscuits just a little, then brushing them in butter, and dipping them in cinnamon sugar. We give them a little squirt of strawberry jelly and a few slices of fresh strawberries. We make a big pile of them and then turn them on their side in a bread pan.

In a bread pan, the Strawberry and Cream Pull Apart Bread is fully baked with a a golden brown crust, and some white icing is being drizzled on top.

They don’t fill the entire pan, but no worries. They will once they are all baked up.

Then after they come out of the oven we combine some white chocolate, powdered sugar, and milk. And drizzzzzzzzzzzle it all over the top. It is the winning topping for this bread! It is perfect and sweet and delicious.

On a white rectangular plate with strawberries on the side, the Strawberries and Cream Pull Apart Bread has a beautiful golden brown crust with white icing on top.

This would make a great brunch dish, or even a fun after school snack surprise when the kids head back to school.

. . . .

They are heading back to school soon, right??

  • Making a pile, top a biscuit with a strawberry jelly (no need to measure, just a smalls quirt), top with a few strawberry slices, then another biscuit. Repeat until you have no more biscuits. Do not add jelly and strawberries to the top of the last biscuit.

  • After you take it out of the oven, combine the milk and chocolate chips in a bowl and cook in the microwave on half power for 1 minute. Whisk well. Continue cooking on 30 second intervals until smooth. Whisk in the powdered sugar. Drizzle over the bread and serve.
