This Slow Cooker Taco Chicken is super simple to make, but it is the start of so many delicious dinners! It needs to be part of your regular dinner rotations!
You guys, this is something I have been making for years. It totally shouldn’t count as a recipe, but we eat it so often that I feel like it deserves its own post. It is the start of our nacho night and I love using it in these amazing burritos. It’s perfect because it is so easy to throw together and totally fool proof. Your chicken comes out at the end totally moist and delicious. Hurrah!
You start by throwing some chicken in your crock pot.
Add some taco seasoning.
Add enough chicken stock to cover the chicken (about four cups).
Cook on low for four hours.
At the end, the chicken shreds just like a dream. Using tongs, pull the chicken out, throw it in a taco or a burrito, on a salad, or be me and just eat it by the forkful. And I have a great recipe tomorrow using this that my kids have declared the best dinner ever!
