Strawberry Shortcake Martini | Your favorite childhood summer dessert all grown up!

Strawberry Shortcake Martini

Serves: martini

(tap # to scale)

Ingredients

1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
2 oz cake vodka
1 TBSP strawberry syrup

Instructions

Put a small amount of Kyro syrup or agave nectar around the rim of a martini glass. Dip the glass in graham cracker crumbs.
Blend all the ingredients together, top with whip cream and a strawberry slice.
