Curried Tuna Melt

Ingredients

  • 4 cans of tuna drained
  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
  • 4 scallions chopped small
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 3 tsps curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsps lime juice.
  • 4 pieces of mild provolone
  • 2 large pieces of naan

Instructions

  • Mix together everything but the cheese and naan. No need to thaw the peas. Not thawing them helps them maintain their crisp consistency and not get mushy.
  • Spread it evenly over the naan, top with the cheese, and then pop it in a 350 degree oven until the cheese is your desired level of melty. I did about 20 minutes.
