Cookie Butter Butterscotch Cookies & An Auction for a Good Cause

Ingredients

of unsalted butter at room temperature

packed brown sugar

granulated sugar

cup
Cookie Butter
softened
1
tsp
vanilla extract

large egg
1/2
cup
butterscotch chips
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. And line a baking sheet with your
Silpat
.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder. Set aside.
With your mixer set up with it's paddle attachment, cream together the butter and sugars on medium until fluffy, about three minutes.
Add in the Cookie Butter, vanilla, and egg, each one individually, waiting until it is fully combined before moving on to the next ingredient.
Slowly stir in the butterscotch chips.
Make one inch sized dough balls and space them about two inches apart. Bake for 10 minutes, rotating the pan half way through the baking.
Allow to cool on the pan two minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
