Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 cup pesto or 8 oz jar
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 4 cups cooked chicken shredded and cut small
  • 1 red pepper diced
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes cut in half
  • 1/2 small red onion diced
  • 1 cup small mozzarella pearls
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a small bowl mix together the mayonnaise, pesto, garlic powder, onion powder.
  • In a large bowl mix together the remaining ingredients. Stir in the sauce and then add salt and pepper to taste.
