Ingredients

  • 3 avocados (2 mashed, 1 diced)
  • 4.5 ounces diced green chiles drained well
  • 1/4 medium red onion diced small
  • 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mash up two avocados. Then mix in the third diced avocado, green chiles, onion, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Taste the guacamole and add more salt, pepper, or lime juice as needed.
