Four Easy Overnight Oat Recipes that are perfect for a busy weekday morning!  Grab and go at it's best!!

I am so happy to be partnering with Horizon to bring you these super easy and delicious breakfast recipes!  Thank you for supporting the brands that make Wine & Glue possible.

When I shared this Chocolate Snack Cake with you last month, I talked about Piper’s surgery and how we were letting her pretty much live on Horizon Organic milk because it’s all we could get the poor girl to swallow. Well, she is finally doing much better and is definitely getting her appetite back!  Hooray!!  Annnnnnd . . . she is starting preschool!  Cue all the tears.

So, even though she is doing better, I am still totally dreading breakfast time.  I mean, I am going to have to get three kids up and out the door, and it would probably be good to feed them.  I’ve never had to do this before and honestly? I’m not sure I can do it. #holdme

So I need things for breakfast that 1. Are fast and 2. Are delicious.  Bonus points if they have protein in them.  Super bonus points if Piper likes them.

With just a few ingredients you can make a great overnight oat recipe!

Enter Overnight Oats Recipes!  These are so crazy easy to throw together, and I love that you can mix them up in any possible flavor combination you can think of.  I quickly came up with four different flavor options for you and they were all awesome. I’m sure you can come up with more!  Bonus!  They are made with Horizon Organic 2% Milk, so I feel great about giving them to Piper for breakfast.  And since we always have Horizon Organic milk on hand, plus pretty much everything else these recipes call for, these will be super easy to toss together before I go to bed at night.

(Totally having a mental image of her still eating them in the car on the way to pre-school . . . )

These sound delicious but could you give me more instructions please. Like mix in jar? Refrigerate overnight? Microwave to heat?

    Thanks

You are absolutely right. Mix in a jar and refrigerate overnight. But I will tell you a secret, they really only need like an hour. I didn’t heat mine, but if you like your oatmeal hot, heating would be great!
